Week 1: First Impressions & Personal Presentation
Theme: "Making a Confident Entrance"
Topics:
- The power of first impressions
- Posture, body language, eye contact
- Grooming & hygiene essentials
- Dress code awareness (casual vs formal)
- Handshakes, greetings & introductions (including cultural awareness)
Activities
- Role-play: confident greetings
- "Style Match" game (dress code sorting)
- Mirror work: posture & eye contact practice
- Icebreaker: How to introduce yourself using F.O.R.M.
Week 2: Conversational Skills & Active Listening
Theme: "Speak Up, Listen Well"
Topics:
- Starting & ending conversations politely
- Showing interest and asking thoughtful questions
- Active listening (body cues, paraphrasing, eye contact)
- Avoiding interrupting & filler words
- Small talk vs meaningful conversations

- Icebreaker bingo
- Listening challenge (telephone game)
- Practice circle: pairs share and reflect on stories
- Provide feedback on others’ icebreaker intro speeches
Week 3: Digital Etiquette & Social Media Manners
Theme: "Being Smart Online"

- Emoji decoding challenge
- “What would you post?” real-life scenarios

Week 4: Dining Etiquette & Everyday Politeness
Theme: "Polished in Any Setting"

- Table manners 101 (napkin use, passing food, utensil use)
- Restaurant behavior & tipping basics
- RSVP etiquette & thank-you notes
- Holding doors, polite interruptions, giving up seats
- Gratitude and complimenting gracefully
